We are an innovation studio obsessed with turning ideas into physical products. We combine concept strategy, hands-on design and engineering, and in-house prototyping labs to move your hardware from idea to market-ready production quickly, confidently and with less risk.
Approach
We work in focused, time-boxed engagements with small, complementary teams that combine mechanical, electronics, and embedded software skills. The approach emphasises simplicity in design and technology to make products easier to scale, maintain, and industrialise.
Industrialisation at Voxdale bridges engineering and production through supplier collaboration, DfM analysis, tooling planning, and IP strategy integration. Factory-aligned reviews and pilot builds ensure manufacturability aligns with design intent, creating stable supply chains and industrialised products ready for scalable ramp-up without surprises.

We operate an extensive prototyping and testing environment across locations, including 3D printers, metal and woodworking equipment, CNC machines, electronics labs, and cleanroom-capable spaces. Combined with Voxdale SimLab's CFD and FEA simulation capabilities, this enables rapid validation of concepts, performance, and manufacturability.
